  • Our support is available 24-7

  • We have not restricted our customers as far as the minimum order quantity is concerned. You can order as many as you want/need or as little as one piece.

  • If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to PLDesignshelp@gmail.com then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Clothing items and other products that are print on demand are not available for a return unless there is a defect in the merchandise. Because these products are made to your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes etc. Please make sure to view the size chart prior to ordering so we can prevent this type of situation.

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. Submit a picture of the defective item to PLDesignshelp@gmail.com

    Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

    But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

    Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

  • We are unable to change, cancel, or add to orders once they are processed and authorized by the credit card company, Sme of our items come from third party vendors, and much of the process is automated, so there is little we can do once the order is submitted.

  • All items are sent with a tracked service and a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

  • 5-7 Business days

  • If an order is returned, and the items are not faulty, we do charge a restocking fee of $4.00 per item. On larger orders, such as a gift sets, a restocking fee of $8.00 will be deducted from the refund.

  • You can rest assure that after your order is placed, we will be working hard to get your items to your front door as quickly as possible. Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation as well as tracking details so that you can monitor the progress of your order.

  • Please note, that only one discount code may be used per order should you receive an email from us gifting you a discount code.

    Please take note of the expiration date.

    Discount codes cannot be entered after the payment has been processed and the order has been completed.

  • We completely understand that mistakes can happen when entering the shipping address. If this does happen, please email us as soon as possible at PLDesignshelp@gmail.com.

    Once you've placed an order, you might no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 7 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly.

    Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

    If you have entered the address incorrectly, and the order is lost, we cannot accept responsibility for this, and will not be liable to reship the items.

    We encourage every shopper to double check all information before submitting the order.

    Information you have provided to us during the use of our Services, including technical usage data, is shared for business purposes in our legitimate interests with third parties who provide hosting and server co-location services as well as data and cyber security services.

    Information you have provided to us during the use of our Services may be shared with third-party manufacturing services whom we engage to provide our Services to you.

    Your email address and other contact details you have provided to us and your messages to our customer service is shared for business purposes in our legitimate interests with communication, email distribution, and content delivery services as well as customer support system providers.

    Information regarding your purchases and payments is shared with billing and payment processing services, fraud detection and prevention services, accounting and financial advisors, advisors, so that we can provide our Services to you.

    Information regarding your use of our website and other information received from cookies and similar technology is shared with web analytics, session recording, and online marketing services.

    If we provide marketing to you, information on your account, purchases and preferences can be shared with marketing services.
